Overview

The Festool CT 26 EI HEPA Bluetooth Dust Extractor Elite Bundle is a complete mobile dust collection and cleanup system built around Festool’s CT 26 EI extractor. This is a dust extractor designed for tool-connected dust collection, fine dust control, and shop or jobsite cleanup. If you work with sanders, track saws, planers, or miter saws and want one setup that handles both extraction and cleanup, this bundle makes a lot of sense. Model Number: CT26 ELITE.

At the center of the kit is the CT 26 EI, which delivers 137 CFM of suction and uses a HEPA certified filter. That combination is a big deal if your work creates fine airborne dust, especially sanding dust that tends to hang in the air and coat everything around you. Festool also gives you tool-triggered auto-on operation, so the extractor starts when the connected tool starts. On the job, that saves a step every time you cut or sand and makes it much more likely you will actually keep the extractor hooked up and running.

The extractor is sized well for real work. Its 6.9 gallon container capacity gives it enough room for larger chip loads from planers, track saws, and miter saws without becoming oversized or awkward to move. Festool lists the extractor itself at 28.7 lbs, which keeps it portable for jobsite use while still giving you the capacity and suction serious users expect. Variable suction control also helps when you need to dial back airflow for more delicate tasks or for tools that work better with less pull at the hose.

Festool’s jobsite details are what make the CT platform easy to live with day after day. This bundle includes the smooth sleeved antistatic hose, hose garage storage, improved cord wrap, large wheels, double casters, and a locking foot brake. The extractor also works with Festool’s Sys-Dock and Systainer system, so it fits into a more organized workflow instead of being a separate piece of equipment that is always in the way. That matters if you move from room to room or load in and out of a van regularly.

What separates this Elite Bundle from buying the extractor alone is the included support gear. You get five self-cleaning CT 26 filter bags for everyday fine dust collection, plus a reusable longlife filter bag that is intended for large chips and debris. You also get the Festool cleaning set in a Systainer3 M 137 for floor and general cleanup, along with the rear handle that makes transporting the unit easier, especially when you have Systainers docked on top. Instead of building out the system piece by piece, this package gives you the parts most users end up wanting anyway.

The cyclone pre-separator is another practical upgrade. The included CT-VA 20 cyclone is designed to pull larger debris and heavy dust out before it reaches the main extractor bag and filter. That means fewer bag changes, less filter loading, and more consistent suction over long runs. If you regularly generate high volumes of chips or debris, that can save money over time and cut down on interruptions. Festool also states that when it is used with a HEPA-certified CT dust extractor, the cyclone setup is in compliance with OSHA Table 1 for silica dust.

System compatibility is one of the strong points here. The included handle fits the CT 26 EI and CT 36 EI. The CT cyclone is compatible with Festool CT 26, CT 36, CT 36 EI AutoClean, CT 48 EI, and discontinued CT 22 and CT 33 models, and Festool notes compatibility with other CT accessories such as the boom arm, CT handle, and WCR work center. If you are already in the Festool system, that makes this bundle easier to fold into an existing setup.

Who should buy this? Woodworkers, remodelers, finish carpenters, cabinet installers, and contractors who care about dust control and want a cleaner workflow. It is also a strong fit for shop users who want one Festool dust extractor that can follow a tool during cutting and sanding, then switch over to general cleanup with the included cleaning kit. If you just need a basic vacuum, this is more system than you need. If you want organized, tool-triggered dust extraction with the right accessories already in the box, this bundle is the smarter buy.

Festool CT 26 EI HEPA Bluetooth Dust Extractor Elite Bundle Core System

This bundle is built for users who want the whole dust collection setup in one shot instead of adding parts later. You get the extractor, collection accessories, mobility upgrade, and cleanup kit as one coordinated system.

• Built around the CT 26 EI HEPA dust extractor
• Includes cyclone pre-separator for heavy dust and debris management
• Includes cleaning set in Systainer for floor and general cleanup tasks

Keep Suction Up Longer

The included self-cleaning filter bags are designed to reduce dust caking inside the bag. That helps the extractor maintain stronger airflow deeper into the life of the bag instead of fading early.

• Five CT 26 self-clean filter bags are included
• Bag captures particles down to 5 microns and acts as a pre-filter
• Integrated closure helps seal dust during disposal

Reusable Option for Bigger Debris

The longlife filter bag gives you a reusable setup when you are collecting larger chips and debris instead of fine powder. That makes it a practical option for cleanup and heavier chip collection where disposable bags are not the best fit.

• Designed for large chips and debris
• Can be filled and emptied up to 500 times before replacement
• Not recommended for RRP tasks

Move It Like a Real Jobsite Tool

The included rear handle sounds simple, but it makes a difference when the extractor is loaded up and moving with Systainers attached. It turns the setup into something easier to guide from room to room or out to the van.

• Handle fits CT 26 EI and CT 36 models
• Designed for easier transport around the jobsite or shop
• Includes integrated nozzle and tube storage

Pro Tip

If you are collecting heavy chips or larger debris, run the CT cyclone and save the longlife bag for that kind of work. For fine sanding dust, stick with the self-cleaning bags so you keep filtration and airflow working the way this system was designed to.

Tool Nut’s Take

Tool Nut’s Take

Buy the system, not just the extractor

The Festool CT 26 EI HEPA Bluetooth Dust Extractor Elite Bundle is the right move for anyone who already knows a bare extractor turns into a bigger cart later.

• Who it’s for: Pros and serious shop users who want cleaner sanding, cleaner cutting, and a dust extractor that can also handle end-of-day cleanup.
• Why it stands out: The CT 26 EI is already a proven sweet spot in the Festool lineup, and this bundle adds the accessories that actually improve daily use: extra bags, reusable bag option, handle, cleaning kit, and cyclone.
• Worth knowing: This is a premium system purchase, not a basic shop vacuum. If you will use the cyclone, cleanup kit, and organized Systainer workflow, the bundle value is there. If not, a simpler setup may be enough.
