The Bondhus 7-Piece 1.5-6mm Hex Tip Fold-up Tool w/ProGuard (12592) is a professional-grade hex key set designed for a wide range of fastening applications. This compact tool combines seven metric hex keys, from 1.5mm to 6mm, into a single, easy-to-carry unit. The keys are made from Bondhus’s proprietary Protanium steel, which is engineered to provide greater strength and wear resistance compared to standard tool steel. Each key is protected by a ProGuard finish, a corrosion-resistant coating that significantly extends the tool’s lifespan by preventing rust and wear.KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS:Protanium High-Torque Steel: The keys are made from a specialized alloy steel that is up to 20% stronger and offers twice the wear resistance of conventional tool steel, ensuring longevity and reliability under high stress.Corrosion-Resistant ProGuard Finish: The keys are coated with an environmentally friendly finish that is five times more effective at resisting rust and corrosion than standard black oxide coatings. This protects the tool from harsh environments and prolongs its service life.Ergonomic GorillaGrip Handle: The cushioned, non-slip handle is designed to conform to the user’s hand, providing superior comfort and maximizing leverage for increased torque while reducing fatigue. The handle is also durable and will not rust or fail in extreme temperatures.Compact and Organized Folding Design: All seven keys are securely housed within the single handle, eliminating the risk of losing individual keys and making the tool easy to store and transport. The design also includes a patented spacer system that prevents the tools from rubbing against each other.SPECIFICATIONS:Model Number: 12592 (HF7MS)Number of Pieces: 7Hex Key Sizes: 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mmMeasurement System: MetricHandle Type: GorillaGrip folding handleFinish: ProGuardCountry of Origin: United StatesIncluded in Product: 1x Bondhus 7-Piece 1.5-6mm Hex Tip Fold-up ToolHOW TO USE:Select the Correct Key: Open the tool and locate the hex key that matches the size of the fastener you need to work with.Position the Tool: Insert the tip of the hex key into the fastener.
